1. Overview
This website is operated by Married to the Mob Clothing LLC, doing business as Married to the Mob (“Married to the Mob,” “MTTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mttmnyc.com and any related content, products, features, and services offered by Married to the Mob (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order.
If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, measurements, descriptions, and images accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, production process, or other factors.
Measurements and sizing information are approximate and are provided as a general guide. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before ordering.
Certain products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities. We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantity of any product sold;
- Limit sales to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction;
- Discontinue or modify products without notice;
- Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability; and
- Refuse or cancel orders when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, or misuse of the Services.
We do not guarantee that any product will remain available or be restocked.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order, but it does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order before shipment. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. Married to the Mob is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout when possible. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. By submitting payment information, you authorize Married to the Mob and its payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order, even if the order was previously confirmed.
6. Processing and Shipping
Standard orders are generally processed and shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed. Weekends, holidays, high-volume releases, limited drops, preorders, weather events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing times.
Priority orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on business days generally ship the same business day. Priority orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship on the following business day.
“Priority” refers to the selected shipping service. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a delivery guarantee is expressly provided by the carrier.
Processing and shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe originally represented, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
7. International Orders
Married to the Mob ships internationally to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
International shipments may be delayed by customs or local carriers. We cannot control or guarantee customs-processing times.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
8. Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. We do not offer returns for refunds based on fit, preference, or change of mind.
To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn;
- Unwashed;
- Unaltered;
- Free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, makeup, and signs of use; and
- Returned with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including shipping the original item back to us and shipping the replacement item, unless the original order was incorrect or defective due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for exchange packages that are lost or damaged before reaching us.
Exchange approval is subject to inspection and product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available product or store credit.
Please contact info@mttmnyc.com before mailing an exchange. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Do not mail an item until you have received exchange instructions from us.
9. Final-Sale Products
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit except where required by law:
- Sale or discounted merchandise;
- Underwear and intimate apparel;
- Swimwear;
- Limited-edition merchandise;
- Items specifically marked “Final Sale”; and
- Gift cards.
Final-sale restrictions do not eliminate any rights available when an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.
10. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact info@mttmnyc.com promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
When we confirm that the mistake or defect is our responsibility, Married to the Mob will pay the reasonable return and replacement shipping costs and will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, failure to follow care instructions, and damage caused after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please contact us if tracking shows that a package is lost or if it has not arrived within a reasonable period. We will assist with any available carrier claim or investigation. Carrier investigations and claims may take time and remain subject to the carrier’s policies.
We are not responsible for theft occurring after a carrier records a package as delivered, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, availability limitations, and product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts:
- Cannot be combined;
- Cannot be applied retroactively;
- Have no cash value;
- Do not apply to taxes, duties, or shipping; and
- May be modified or discontinued before use.
We may cancel or refuse a discount obtained through fraud, misuse, technical error, or unauthorized distribution.
13. Accounts and Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, Married to the Mob, or other users.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another person’s account without permission.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents—including the Married to the Mob and MTTM names, logos, trademarks, slogans, graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, product designs, clothing graphics, text, and website design—are owned by or licensed to Married to the Mob and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the Services solely for personal, noncommercial purposes.
No content from the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in its design, artwork, graphics, slogans, or branding.
15. User Content
If you submit, upload, tag us in, send, or otherwise provide reviews, photographs, videos, comments, ideas, feedback, or other material (“User Content”), you retain any ownership rights you may have in that content.
You grant Married to the Mob a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from User Content for operating, improving, and promoting Married to the Mob and its Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that:
- You own or have permission to submit the User Content;
- Our permitted use will not violate another person’s rights;
- The User Content is accurate and lawful; and
- The User Content does not contain defamatory, threatening, deceptive, obscene, infringing, or malicious material.
We are not obligated to publish or retain User Content and may remove it at our discretion.
16. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the relevant details to:

The notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
17. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Submit false or misleading information;
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract data or content without permission;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any system or account;
- Circumvent product limits or security controls;
- Use bots or automated systems to purchase limited products;
- Engage in unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation of our products or content; or
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against another person.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
18. Third-Party Services
The Services may include tools, applications, payment services, integrations, or links operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment and shipping providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, privacy practices, availability, or performance. Your use of third-party services may be governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
19. Privacy and Communications
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to receive promotional emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the applicable message. Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of purchase.
Transactional communications concerning your account or orders may still be sent when permitted by law.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARRIED TO THE MOB AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM CONCERNING A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Married to the Mob and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your User Content; or
- Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify any party where indemnification is prohibited by law.
23. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk or potential legal exposure for us.
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising from the Services or products are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights available under applicable consumer law, you and Married to the Mob consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Customers may begin that process by emailing info@mttmnyc.com with their name, applicable order number, a description of the issue, and the requested resolution.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an eligible claim in small-claims court or seeking emergency injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property misuse or unauthorized access.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will provide notice of material changes when required by applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
27. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by an authorized representative of Married to the Mob.
28. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Married to the Mob regarding the Services.
