Order Processing
Standard orders are generally processed and shipped within 72 hours after being placed.
Priority orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on business days generally ship the same business day. Priority orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship the following business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, limited drops, promotions, preorders, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
“Priority” describes the shipping service selected at checkout. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless the carrier expressly provides such a guarantee.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact info@mttmnyc.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
International Shipping
Married to the Mob ships internationally to eligible destinations displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customs and import requirements vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may legally be imported into their destination country.
International shipments may experience customs or local-carrier delays. Married to the Mob cannot control or guarantee customs-processing times.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because applicable duties or taxes were not paid, any exchange or credit will be considered only after the merchandise has been returned to us. Original shipping charges and any return fees assessed to us may be deducted where permitted by law.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated or your package has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact info@mttmnyc.com with your order number.
We will assist with any available carrier investigation or claim. Carrier claims and investigations remain subject to the carrier’s policies and processing times.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check around the delivery location and with other household members, neighbors, doormen, or building staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Email info@mttmnyc.com if you still cannot locate the package.
Married to the Mob is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier records a package as delivered, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@mttmnyc.com promptly. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If we confirm that the problem was our responsibility, Married to the Mob will pay the reasonable return and replacement shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.
