Exchanges Only

Married to the Mob accepts eligible merchandise for exchange within 14 days after delivery.

We do not offer returns for refunds based on fit, preference, or change of mind. Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or product, subject to inspection and availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn;
  • Unwashed;
  • Unaltered;
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other signs of wear;
  • Returned in its original condition; and
  • Returned with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.

Starting an Exchange

To request an exchange, email info@mttmnyc.com within 14 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number;
  • The item you want to exchange;
  • The replacement size or product requested; and
  • The reason for the exchange.

Do not mail merchandise until you receive exchange instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once an exchange is approved, the merchandise must be shipped promptly according to the instructions provided by our customer-service team.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including:

  • Shipping the original item back to Married to the Mob; and
  • Shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Married to the Mob is not responsible for exchange packages that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged before reaching us.

Exchange Availability

All exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability.

We cannot reserve replacement merchandise while an exchange is in transit. If the requested size or product is unavailable when the returned item is processed, we may offer another available item or store credit.

Any price difference for a higher-priced replacement must be paid before the replacement ships. A remaining balance from a lower-priced replacement may be issued as store credit.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise;
  • Underwear and intimate apparel;
  • Swimwear;
  • Limited-edition merchandise;
  • Merchandise specifically marked “Final Sale”; and
  • Gift cards.

Final-sale restrictions do not eliminate any legal rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact info@mttmnyc.com promptly after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

If we confirm that the mistake or defect was our responsibility, Married to the Mob will pay the reasonable return and replacement shipping costs. We will provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy as appropriate and required by applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, improper washing, failure to follow care instructions, and damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.

International Exchanges

International customers may request an exchange within the same 14-day period.

International customers are responsible for return shipping, replacement shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other fees associated with an exchange unless the original product was incorrect or defective due to our error.

We recommend clearly identifying the shipment as returned merchandise when permitted. Married to the Mob is not responsible for customs delays or fees resulting from inaccurate customs documentation.
