FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. DOES MARRIED TO THE MOB RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Generally MTTM does not restock sold out items, however if you sign up to receive our text or email notifications, you will be the first to know when more options become available.

2. WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE RARE EVENT THAT MY ORDER WAS LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN?

Married To The Mob is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Reshipments and/or refunds will be made upon our discretion after a claim has been filed with FedEx or USPS. 

In the unlikely event that your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived at your delivery location, please send us an email containing your order number & verified shipping address within 5 days of the failed delivery. If you do not email us within the 5 days, we do not have the ability to file a claim or get your order reshipped or refunded. 

3. WHAT DO I DO IN THE EVENT THAT MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?

In the event that your package was returned to sender by USPS or FedEx, Married To The Mob will contact you directly with the option or reshipment or refund. If we do not get a response, your order will be refunded.

4. HOW LONG WILL MY DISCOUNT CODE ARRIVE AFTER COMPLETING NEWSLETTER SIGN UP?

Please allow up to 48 hours for that email & discount code to arrive in your inbox.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL?

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response to your email.  Please note, this can be delayed occasionally if we're experiencing high order volumes.

We do not operate over weekends.
