Returns & Exchanges 

 

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be sent via email within 7 days of package delivery. 
  • Items must be unworn AND in original packaging. 
  • Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment only after item is sent back or tracking information for package is sent.

Before Order Completion 

  • Make sure ALL details of address (apartment numbers etc) are included.
  • The billing address is the address associated with the credit card you are using.
  • The shipping address is the address you want the items to be shipped to.
  • Please do NOT put the same address for both unless they are in fact both the same.
  • Please make sure that the security code (CSV) you type in is the correct three numbers located on back of card. 
  • Your order will NOT be completed if the billing address does not match the address associated with the credit card.
  • Your order will NOT be completed if the CSV doesn't match.
  • NOTE: IF YOU ARE USING AN AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD THE CSV IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT OF CARD AND INCLUDES 4 NUMBERS.
  • Please leave correct email for contact in case a problem occurs with your order.
