Phew, okay! Where do I even begin with this one? A few days ago I was browsing through Vimeo for some interesting videos when I stumbled across the blog of Riley Kilo, a trans-girl documenting her journey to Sexual Reassignment Surgery, and a self-professed infantilist with a big-time diaper fetish. For those not familiar with infantilism, it's basically an adult obsession with self-regression and returning to childhood, though it generally never involves real minors at all.
